About project
Sanctions were imposed against Russia in the summer of 2014, and a defensive reaction in the form of distrust towards imported produce, the growth of anti0American sentiment, and populist statements of politicians resulted in the closing of several McDonald's restaurants. All of that has hurt the brand.

67% of citizens approved the closure of McDo's restaurants.

McDonald's had need to be reminded of its deep integration into Russian society and local businesses.

So that I became part of the big plan and created TV and digital commercials based on a true story and a few activations.

McDonald's has regained the trust just for one year, instead of the expected three years.
